AGILE EXPLAINED
Agile Explained is a 1-day introduction to Agile methodologies as practiced in the Menlo Software Factory™. It includes a walking tour of the factory that is followed by a discussion of iterative and incremental software development, estimation, planning game, and work authorization as described in "Extreme Programming Explained" by Kent Beck and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). It includes hands on exercises and take-away materials that enable attendees to begin practicing these new processes in their own work environment.
